#88 is the best buck out of what we call pen #4 or the late Febs, he is young and will come right off the ewe prior to the sale but is as good as any we have sold this year. Phenotypically he has all the things we love in a great sheep, big footed (not just trendy leg hair), short pasterned, tremendous base width, cracked open rib cage (to make those big bodied brood ewes and stout made wethers), elevated and smooth shouldered. For a young one he has tremendous rack expression, great loined, big hipped and plenty of shape to his leg. He is high headed and cocky running around the pen. Genetically he is one our best his dam 1040 is just a ewe lamb from 2011, she is an ET lamb dammed by Impact #670 who is the best producing and bar none the best looking ewe we have. 670 is the Dam to the Grand Lamb at WI state fair in '08, she is the dam to 2 bucks sold last year, #46 to Polly Murdoch and #56 sold to Kibler/Rill and Hull which #56 sired a very popular set of lambs at the Midwest Elite. Simply put #88 combines the Phenotype and genetic make up to be a major stud buck, he is young but will have no problem breeding ewes this fall. **Only condition to selling is we retain the right of first refusal to purchase him back for the same price he is sold at when the new buyer decides they are done with him.
