As you can tell by the full fleece, this female was slated to go nowhere! But in the decision making to select our IE entry, we know those are the kind of females that need to go to IE. This female has been one of my favorites since birth. The WOW daughters were an impressive set and have already made an impact here in their first year of production.
Now onto the ewe family behind this female. Her “28” great grandma was a 5-time Donor, grandma 02 by Mayhem was a 4-time Donor, dam 4251 by Blowin' Smoke is a current Donor. 4251’s production record: This female 5281 was her dam’s first lamb, then in 2016 had twin Uproar wethers that both led our fall corp and fall upgrade consignments. One ending up Grand Champion at Wharton Co.,TX and the other was Kyra Elliott’s Grand Champion at Canadian Co.,OK and was her very popular OYE sheep. Her 2017 Uproar wether is on feed for OYE at one of Sager’s feeders.
We retained 5281’s Summit ewe lamb this year and she is in my top 3 favorites of this year’s set.
