1. All items to be paid for in full following the sale.
2. All items to be removed no later than 48 hours following auction day. If the auction falls on the weekend you have till the close of business tuesday.
3. Terms; Cash, Credit, Debit, or certified check/bank draft. This will need to be accompanied by your contact at the issuing bank to verify the funds and validity of the document prior to goods being released.
4. All items are sold as-is where-is regardless of condition including new items still in packaging.
5. Vehicle Purchases; Winning vehicle or equipment bids over $2,000 dollars will require a $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the conclusion of bidding in that particular auction. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
