We worked for three years on his black belt in hoarding encrypted house, and after a lot of tears, separations and TB we came back to the surface with, well you will just have to wait and see. That was nearly 12 years ago. We ended up with his book, poster, film memorabilia, stamp and coin collections to say the least, it was an education, enjoy.
Then we became a Fine Art Gallery handling appraisals
and authentication letters along with repairing, framing and
restoring art work in all mediums and genres. We still have
the Japanese Literature, Antiquarian - New and Used
Bookstore, However, now we also carry Antiques, Sports,
Coins, Stamps... Thus we felt like online auctioning
was 'organically' the next thing to do. And now we have unleashed
the MONEY! Our first Coin & Currency auction has begun.

Our auctions are usually held at different locations throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley area, it is important that you note where the address and arrive promptly to pickup your winning lots at the given time slot as noted in the description. We have a limited time for pickup in any location and if you do not arrive within the time slot stated you stand to lose your paid lots and they will be considered abandoned without refund.
In the event of any catalog errors: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. PRIOR TO BIDDING, review descriptions and images for any damage to the item. Thoroughly inspect goods at pickup and report any concerns immediately. You must take everything in your lot and any items you leave behind from the lot you bought could be subject to an extra disposal fee charged to your credit card.
If for any reason, West Coast Downsizing Solution Inc is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of West Coast Downsizing Solution Inc Auction House shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time.
