The front sight seat is empty and the barrel is marked "R A/flaming bomb/9-43". There is a one-piece Redfield scope base with a Weaver M73B1 scope mounted to the receiver which is marked "U.S./REMINGTON/MODEL 03-A3" on the left side and the serial number on the right side. The green parkerized bolt is marked "R" on the bottom flat at the base of the bolt knob. Mounted on a smooth walnut scant stock with two reinforcing bolts, faint circled "P" proof, "P" proof, sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate marked "144" with a trapdoor housing a plastic oiler with pull through patch holder and bore brush. With a "U. C." marked bayonet with scabbard and a Bucheimer marked leather claw sling.

Condition: Arsenal refurbished, 98% parkerized finish remains with some minor high edge and cycling wear. The stock is good with scattered scratches, dings and a few gouges. The scope retains 30% original blue finish with the balance a smooth plum/brown patina and clear optics. The bayonet has almost all of the black finish with the scabbard retaining 98% green paint. The sling is excellent with some minor wear.
