Manufactured in 1917. The left side of the slide has the two block, two line patent dates/address marking with a Rampant Colt behind the serrations and right side has the two line caliber marking. Right side of frame has the two line model/serial number marking. Blue barrel. Has a later production replacement Colt marked magazine.

Condition: Very fine with exception of some very visible damage/indentation present on left rear slide, lower portion around thumb safety notch. The balance of pistol retains 90% original blue finish with high edge wear and the grip straps thinning to a gray. The replacement grips are very good with non-professional checkering. Mechanically excellent.
