Winchester model 1894 special order rifle, .30-30 caliber, 24” round barrel, half magazine, takedown frame. Checkered pistol grip stock, hard-rubber buttplate, Winchester pistol grip cap, Marble tang sight, Marble folding rear sight in original dovetail, and patent marked bead front sight in front dovetail. The barrel measures 9/16” across the muzzle and shows a slight taper and may be slightly light-weight. The barrel shows 95-98% original bright blue. The magazine tube and forend cap, takedown lever show 80-90% blue. The frame shows 50-70% blue drifting at the edges. The takedown collar has gone to a grayish patina. The frame shows some scratches, just normal aging. The bolt shows 90% blue, the loading gate shows 50-60% thinning original blue. The hammer and lever show 20-40% case hardening within their patina. The plain checkered wood stocks are good to very good with some slight scratches in the varnish, minor dings, mars, but at least very good overall with good wood to metal fit and original hard-rubber buttplate. The action is tight, the bore is excellent. A very nice Winchester semi-deluxe. Serial #18021, made about 1895, which is very early on a deluxe 94 series. Est: $3,500

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
