Winchester model 1894 Special Order Takedown rifle, .32 special caliber, 26” octagon barrel, full magazine, crescent butt, serial #145941. With factory letter confirming all features. Sample consignment, August 22nd,1902. Received in the warehouse August 25th, 1902. Shipped August 28th 1902. This is the first year this caliber was made in the ’94 rifle and the letter stating sample consignment probably meant Winchester wasusing it for promotional purposes or exhibition. The rifle remains in very good plus to near fine original condition showing 80-90% original blue on barrel and magazine tube, evenly thinning. Loss of finish onmagazine tube from takedown. The takedown collar shows 60% thinning blue, the frame shows 50-60% thinning and toning original blue finish. The hammer and lever show 50-70% original case hardening. The buttplate shows toning original blue finish. The smokeless .32 Winchester special-marked rear sight is retained. The stocks are very good plus with some minor dings, mars, and scratches, but at least very good plus to near fine overall.

Buyer pays actual costs of packing, material, handling, shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
