Winchester model 1876 special order deluxe rifle, .50-95 caliber, 26” octagon barrel, button mag, rifle butt, blue and case-hardened finish, set trigger, 3Xcheckereed deluxe burl walnut stock, folding globe front sight, serial #23259. The rifle remains in original very good plus to near fine condition showing 80-90% original blue, beginning to drift and tone with some erosion and pinprick pitting, particularly on the left side of barrel towards the muzzle. The edges are sharp, the markings are crisp. The frame shows 75-85% original case hardening that is still very colorful with rainbow hues, some erosion and light aging, pinprick pitting just starting. The Winchester Express .50 caliber marked dust cover shows 60% thinning blue. The screwed-down rail shows bright original blue as does the bolt and loading gate. The hammer and lever show 75% plus case hardening that is aging nicely. The bolt shows original colors, the action is tight, the bore is very good. The stocks are very good plus and show sharp checkering, 75-85% varnish, some scratches, and evidence of minor use. The buttplate shows 40-50% case hardening that is toning and aging. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
