Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 Supergrade, .22 hornet caliber bolt action sporting rifle, serial #226782. The action shows five tap holes filled with tap screws from side-mounted scope and receiver sight. The rifle is now mounted with a Weatherby 2-7x scope on Redfield mounts. The rear sight has been changed to a folding sight which is in the original dovetail. The front sight has been changed to a bead type which is in the original front dovetail. The metal surfaces are very good plus with 90-95% blue. The trigger guard and floorplate have been refinished. The stocks are very good plus and show refreshing and are lightly refinished. The bolt and magazine follower have been engine turned. The action is good, the bore is very good plus and the stock has been fitted with a hard-rubber recoil pad and four spacers. The stock measures 14” to the end of the wood, 15-5/8” to the end of the extended pad. From the Robert Petersen Collection. Est: $1,250 - 2500

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
