This shotgun came from the personal collection of United States Air Force General Curtis LeMay. It was given to him by John Olin while he was a guest of Olin's game farm in Georgia. The shotgun is complete with a General Curtis E. LeMay tag attached to the trigger guard and a laminated card stating that the shotgun was a gift to LeMay from Olin. This is a standard production Model 59 Shotgun with a steel and fiberglass barrel and aluminum alloy receiver. The receiver has the ducks in a marsh scene on the right side and dog and pheasant in a woodland scene on the left side. Checkered pistol grip stock with a checkered plastic buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inch. Comes with the original factory box numbered to the gun and extra choke tubes. A unique opportunity to own a gun that was once in the personal collection of General Curtis LeMay and was once part of the Peter and Patty Murray Collection.
