Winchester Model 1890 Pump Action Take-down Rifle 22 Short Made in 1910

The Model 1890 proved to be the most successful repeating rimfire rifle for general
all-around shooting ever made by Winchester. Approximately 849,000 Model 1890
rifles were produced between 1890 and 1932, after which the Model 1890 was
replaced by the Winchester Model 62 rifle.
The final cleanup of stock on hand was completed in 1941..

This vintage Winchester is dated from 1912. Serial number is 409339..
Metal and wood condition are both fair but with total blung loss..
The 24” octagonal barrel has a dark bore.
Does have original owners name engraved on left side of receiver - W D Rightmire
