Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall single shot falling block rifle, deluxe checkered wood pistol grip stocks, crescent butt, 28" half round/half octagon barrel, adjustable windage and elevation tang sight, target type frontsight, standard rear sight and all in correct positions, #57369. The rifle remains in very good+ original condition, showing 90-95% blue on barrel, some minor aging just starting, slight scratches, thinning, etc.,butt crisp with razor sharp edges and ultra sharp markings. The frame, lever and hammer show 40-60% muted case hardening with faint traces of colors lightly visible. The deluxe checkered wood stocks show a select burlwood grain, 2X-3X and are in very good condition with some minor scratches, mars, normal aging, crisp checkering and about 75-85% original finish; a couple of very small chips, a slight crack and just normalage. The bore is near excellent and originally chambered for .38-40 Winchester cal., which is scarce to rare in a deluxe. Confirmed by factory letter. A very nice original single shot rifle from a major

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
