Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle, .44 W.C.F. cal., special order 28” octagon barrel, plain trigger, blue finish, wood stocks, #114350 with factory letter confirming features and indicating receipt in warehouse on Feb. 3, 1883and shipment from warehouse on Sept. 28, 1883 to order #7630. This rifle is in overall very good condition showing a brown patina and traces of blue finish in protected areas, good bore, crisp action, good markings, period adjustable tangsight present along with usual front and rear sights, traces of original case color on hammer and lever, overall good wood stocks with scattered old mars and dings from carry and storage along with partially visible name scratched into theleft side of the butt stock.
