Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle, .32 cal., 28” octagon barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood stocks with checkered forend, button magazine, plain trigger, Lyman adjustable tang sight, flip-up gold frontsight, #135110A. This gun is in overall very good to fine condition showing the majority of its original blue finish on the barrel with high point wear and a dime sized area of pitting on the bottom barrel flat at themuzzle; considerable original case colors on the receiver, hammer, loading lever and butt plate; crisp action and markings, very good to fine bore, forend shows full checkering with plain butt stock in very good to nearfine condition displaying several scattered mars and scratches from storage; accompanied by factory letter confirming caliber, barrel type and length, trigger, sight, magazine, casehardening; received in the warehouse onJuly 23, 1884; repair and return on December 15, 1886; desirable longer barrel and case hardened frame.
