Winchester Mdl 1892 Cal .44 mag SN:79935 fully and finely exhitibition engraved by Rachel Wells and signed at upper portion of tang. The rifle is fully customized and shows a 20" octogon barrel, full magazine with "V" shaped extended lever in Johnfully and finely exhitibition engraved by Rachel Wells and signed at upper portion of tang. The rifle is fully customized and shows a 20" octogon barrel, full magazine with "V" shaped extended lever in John Wayne style. The rifle is stocked in select burrel walnut with beautiful flaming grain and shows a raised Monte Carlo cheek piece with high gloss finish. The left side of the receiver shows a 3D chiseled in relief scene of Ram in high mountain surrounded by intriqit scrolls. Thebottom of the receiver shows a trophy grade Elk, the right side of the receiver shows a vinette or panel of Baying Bear with Prey. The barrel is ornately engraved and EN Suite with the mounts lever trim and butt plate is also engraved with apanel of trophy game surround by scrolls. The rifle has been completely custom worked with honed action and hand polished European grey or satin finish other than the bolt which is blued and even rear sight is engraved. Bore is fine toexcellent, shows slight use since customization. the inside of the lever is engraved in script "Jerries Baby". All Post 1898 firearms are register able and must be registered in compliance with both Arizona and Federal Laws. Arizona Dealers must have on possession on the day of the sale signed copies of their Federal Firearms License. The highest bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer will regulate the bidding and reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. Should any disputes arise between bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final. Additionally the Auctioneer may re-offer or resell any lot in dispute.
A 16% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales.

All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on the day of sale. Purchases not paid within 14 days of final sale date will b e charged a 5% Late Charge, all accounts past due will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance and compounded monthly. Storage will be provided at no charge for 14 days following the sale date and then at a rate of $5.00 per item per day unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer and the Buyer must make all Shipping or Delivery arrangements on large items. Smalls will be packed and shipped by us at the buyer’s expense. We do not charge other than exact cost for smalls creating and shipping. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the Buyer.
