Well-made large clip point contemporary Mexican Bowie knife with leather sheath; knife is approx. 13-1/2” overall with an 8-1/4” blade, simple brass guard and brass eagle head pommel, carved bone grip; blade is etched in Spanish “Cuando me beas relucir preparate abien morir” which from this cataloger’s recollection of his Spanish from past days means “when my blade glistens, prepare to die”; in fine condition.
