WWI Era British military top-break double action service revolver chambered for .455 Webley, dated 1918. Features a blued finish, 6" barrel, pinned patridge front sight, notched rear sight on the barrel catch, 'shaved' six shot cylinder that measures 1.454" long, square-butt frame with lanyard ring, and two-piece diamond checkered hard rubber grips. The serial numbers match on the frame, barrel and cylinder. The frame is stamped "ENGLISH MADE" and has been heavily cleaned with most of the finish removed. The barrel and cylinder retain approximately 30% of their blued finish showing cloudiness & wear. Action is sound with some play in the lock-up, bore is excellent, markings are crisp and the hard rubber grips are very good with "M" stamped into the left panel.
