Revolver, double-action, 6-rd capacity. Break-top. WWI Era British military top-break double action service revolver chambered for .455 Webley, dated 1917. Non-import marked with unaltered cylinder. The last of the large frame, big bore Webleys. Produced 1887-1923. 11 1/4" overall, with a 6" barrel. Matching serial numbers. Numerous British proofs present. Lanyard ring on heel. Dull blue metal finish, with black plastic, checkered grips. Action is crisp/tight. Bore is fair, with a few small patches of pitting. Cylinder chambers are very good. Grips are very good. Blued metal finish is about 97%, with some wear to the edges, and light scratches. NRA condition-Good/Very Good. Modern firearm. C&R Eligible.
