One breeding fee to SMART TOPAZ, an outstanding six-year-old bay stallion from the 6666's Ranch of Guthrie, Texas. SMART TOPAZ was hands down the 6666's top colt of 2015. His sire, WR This Cats Smart, is a National Reined Cow Horse and National Cutting all-time leading sire since 2010. His colts now making their name in the roping pen. His mother, Paddys Topaz, is one of the 6666's top mares. She is the granddaughter of the great mare Casey's Ladylove, inducted into the 2017 AQHA Hall of Fame. All of her stud colts have been retained for stallion prospects, and the 6666's have kept all of her daughters for their own. SMART TOPAZ has tremendous bone and size, measuring 15.3 hands. Twice one of his stallion bcolts has topped our Annual Production Sale. We are expecting great things from this young sire. SHIPPING: After the purchase price has been paid in full and after the sale has been completed, property must be removed from the auction at the Buyer’s expense. The Auction Company will, as a service to Buyers, arrange to have the property packed, insured, and shipped at the request, expense and entire risk of the Buyer. Any claims will be between carrier and Buyer.

All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Auction company and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Auction company encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Auction company is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any.
DESCRIPTIONS
Auction company has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. PAYMENT
All internet buyers must pay for their purchases no later than 5:00 P.M. MDT the Monday following the auction. No items may be removed until full payment has been received by auction company. Auction company accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Cash, Cashier’s Check, Bank Wire, Personal or Company Checks. All out of state checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless know by the auctioneers. No Credit Cards. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Shobe Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
PICKUP & REMOVAL
All items, must be picked up once auction company has received and acknowledged payment in full. The auctioneer will, as a service to the buyer, arrange for shipping of purchases, to be paid fully by the buyer. Shipping may be handled by a third party shipping company.
FIREARMS
All firearms will be sold in compliance with FFL regulations. Buyer will be responsible for all FFL procedures including but not limited to a background check. If shipping of the firearm is required, buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. A Firearm Transfer Fee may be charged to the buyer.
DEBT COLLECTION AND INTEREST CHARGES
The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by auction company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due auction company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Fergus County, Montana.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If, for any reason, auction company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of auction company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY
All registration information the bidder provides to auction company shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify auction company if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
