Watson & Son London marked air gun with pump and cocking key, in period handmade wood carrying case. The gun is approximately .32 cal. smooth bore, made in 2 sections and painted to resemble wood cane. The air gunmeasures approximately 36" when assembled and remains in very good+ to near fine condition with original end piece and loader. The wood case is nicely made and in good condition. The mechanism is working and this is a powerful air gun that would shoot a lead ball. These were a favorite of poachers for small birds and game, circa about 1860s-1880s. Est.: $2,250-$4,500
