USAAF Cable A-2 flight jacket size 40. The left chest has the leather name tag "B.T. KELLY". The back of the jacket is painted with an attractive 8th Air Force B-24 motif with "Ain't Bluffin'" in a banner at the top and a row of 17 bombs at the bottom. The tail of the B-24 has a green with white horizontal stripe paint scheme of the 491st Bomb Group. The 491st was based at Metfield and North Pickenham, England, during World War II and was part of the 2nd Air Division, 8th Air Force, participating in the air offensive against Nazi Germany from 1944-45.

Condition: Very good, with moderate wear. The sleeves showing even wear, there is age cracking on the shoulders and missing stitching on right pocket, with some tears in the lining. The cuffs and waist band are replacements. The art work retains 80% of the original paint and has a vivid image.
