WWII Nazi Desk Drawer Knob from Hitler’s Desk
Drawer Knob from Hitler’s Desk. A drawer knob from the desk that Hitler used in the Reichschancellory. The new Reichschancellory was designed by Hitler’s architect, Albert Speer, and finished in 1939. Hitler’s office was where he would take care of the matters of running Nazi Germany. The desk itself was demolished along with the Reichschancellory, where Colonel Clarence A. Aples of Patton’s 3rd Army brought the drawer knob home. Desk knob is in excellent but used condition. Included is two certificates of authenticity, a certified statement that Colonel Clarence A. Aples was there, and the catalog the knob came from. Excellent condition. See lots 152-193 for more Adolf Hitler items. From the Michael Clifton collection.
