WWII German G-41 duv43 Semi-Automatic Rifle, #7531a, 7.92mm x 57mm, 21.5" barrel, blued finish, gas-operated semi-automatic action, receiver marked "duv43" for Berliner-Luebecker Maschinenfabrik 1943, all visible numbers matching, "(eagle)214" waffenampts, Nazi eagle firing proof, 10-rd. non-detachable magazine, stamped steel trigger guard, bayonet lug, cleaning rod, drift adjustable blade front sight with sight hood and tangent rear sight adjustable from 1 to 12. Laminated wood stock with large eagle waffenampt stamped markings, cupped buttplate, stamped barrel bands, black-painted wood upper hand guard, side sling slot in butt. Has provision for mounting a zf-40 scope on top of receiver, as most do. Condition is good retaining approx. 40%-50% original war-time blued finish, with wear and cleaning to the front of the barrel, barrel shroud, front sight and hood, wear to the barrel bands, top of the bolt carrier and receiver, scratches, wear, and one ding to the magazine body, and wear to the trigger guard and edges. Action and safety function properly, bore is lightly frosted overall with strong lands and grooves. Stock shows numerous scratches, dings, small gouges, and soiling. Upper hand guard is wood with a black-painted finish showing scratches and dings. Buttplate has rust freckling and age graying. Stock is numbered to the action.
