W&C. Scott and Son premier grade double-barreled side-by-side shotgun with patented crystal indicator windows. 12 gauge with Damascus barrels, serial number 34807. Barrels measures 28 ¼ inchs with 2 ¾ inchchambers, choked cylinder and cylinder. Bores measure .729. The wall thickness on right barrel measures .31 and .32 on the left barrel. The barrels show 75% - 85% of their original Brown finish starting to drift togray with some natural aging and light erosion just starting. The action and frame have been lightly polished and the safety has been removed. The gun shows a straight English grip and the stock has been lightlyrefinished. The trigger guard shows 3 entertwined gold initials and the engraving is exceptionally well done with extra fine scrolls and profuse game scenes. The stock measures 14 3/8 inches to the end of an added hard rubber pad and slightly over 13 ½ inches to the end of the wood. There is a 2 ½ inch drop at the heel with one and 7/8 drop at the comb.
