Vintage ladies 18K white gold winding wristwatch of custom design with the band marked “Patek Phillipe” and the dial signed “Le Coultre”. The watch shows a mesh band with diamond bezel and two small marquis cut diamonds. The face and movement are very small for the age which we would date at the late 1950s to early 1960s in the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” era. Est.: $3500-$7000
