Probably French or German, marked in blue L & R , either a T or R and a K and 247, shell shaped saucer, dark blue with gold trim, floral designs, almost raised jewelling around the center of the bottom, matching cup, no visible damage other than wear to edges, very fine china, circa 1870-1900.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined. We will be glad to take a guess as to shipping, but no guarantees can be made that this will be the final amount.
