Very interesting Remington Arms Co. SxS exposed hammer shotgun, 12 gauge Damascus 30” barrels, checkered wood stocks, #17007. This old Remington shotgun is in overall very good to fine condition showing the majorityof its damascene pattern on barrels, fine bores, crisp action, considerable original case colors on the unmarked lock plates; very good wood stocks with some old scattered nicks and mars from carry and storage,correct hard rubber butt plate. Accompanying this gun is a leather covered and brass cornered carry case in overall very good condition with interior label “Geo. Hinton, Gun, Rifle and Cartridge Manufacturer” andembossed lettering on the lid “J. P. T. Allen”; this case would greatly improve with a little careful cleaning, repair of luggage handle and TLC; also included is an old tag handwritten “Miss Allen, Atkin, S/L” andanother tag “Rem. 1885 12 ga Grade 3 SN 17007”. Further research of Miss Allen would be indicated and may produce an interesting history. Est.: $600-$1,200.

Little John's will send all purchases to our shipper "Mammoth Products Inc." for shipment. Buyer agrees to pay all material, handling, packaging, insurance and shipping costs. International Buyers agree to have their items sent to an exporter and agree to pay all cost incurred in their shipments including shipment to the exporter, shipment to their country, all duty and custom fees. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence.
