Manufactured from 1865 to 1868. The top of the rib has the two line address/patent dates (1855 & 1859) marking, the serial number is marked on the butt and stamped on the inside of the right grip panel. Blade front sight, blue finish, with casehardened ejector stud, hammer and trigger, and fitted with smooth varnished rosewood grips.

Condition: Very fine. The revolver retains 90% original blue finish overall with thinning on high edges, down the length of the barrel, and on the cylinder. Case colors are vivid and rich on the hammer and ejector pin. The grips are very fine with only minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
