Terms of Sale
1. All items to be paid for in full following the sale.
2. All items to be removed no later than 48 hours following auction day. If the auction falls on the weekend you have till the close of business tuesday.
3. Terms; Cash, Credit, Debit, or certified check/bank draft. This will need to be accompanied by your contact at the issuing bank to verify the funds and validity of the document prior to goods being released.
4. All items are sold as-is where-is regardless of condition including new items still in packaging.
5. Vehicle Purchases; Winning vehicle or equipment bids over $2,000 dollars will require a $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the conclusion of bidding in that particular auction. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
6. By checking in you are bound by the bids placed upon your bid card.
7. There is a buyers premium in effect of 15% on all auctions. Consider this premium when bidding on items as it will affect the end price of your purchases.
8. Some items in the auction will have reserve prices. The auctioneer will inform you prior to offering an item for bid that there is infact a reserve on that particular lot.
