Unusual gold and silver quartz specimen mounted in silver bezel from very rich mine probably from the Silver State of Nevada and gifted by miner to sweetheart. Quartz specimens rich with both gold and silver are quite unusual and seldom found. The stone is carved in a high dome or cabochon shape. The broach measures approximately 1 ½” wide by ¾”. The condition is very good with no cleaning and a nice patina. Est.: $700-$1,400.
