United States Property marked Colt Model 1911 semi-auto pistol, .45 cal., 5” barrel, blue finish, checkered wood grips, #20430 (circa 1913) in overall excellent condition showing approx. 97% original blue finish, fine bore, crisp action,sharp markings and excellent wood grips; two-tone magazine with lanyard ring in base; hard to improve upon this early 1911; accompanied by a later US marked black leather flap holster and two magazines, both marked “19200-5508694 1M291 ASSYMFR.”; pistol is contained in a custom made wood and glass presentation casing with a box of original 20 pistol ball cartridges manufactured by The Remington Arms union Metallic Cartridge Co.
