Marketed circa 1888, the Pieper Mitrailleuse was marketed towards game and market hunters, and boasted a 3' pattern at 125 yards. Bead and 2-leaf sights on the solid rib, with "H. PIEPER LIEGE" behind the rear sight, with the barrel consisting of a large outer tube enclosing the 7 individual rifled barrels, leading back to a solid chamber. Casehardened receiver, with light vine work along the edges and floral patterns on the screws, with the finger rest trigger guard doubling as the action lever, dropping the breech and cocking the hammer simultaneously. Loading is performed with a metal disc speed loader (2 included) with all strikers mounted on a single hammer. Checkered pistol grip stock with a horn grip cap and serrated steel buttplate.

Condition: Very fine, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing spots of white material on the outer barrel tube and scattered light handling marks. Case colors are bright and vivid, with a smooth gray patina forming on the edges. Stock is also very fine, with cracking at the wrist and mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
