Purchases will be packaged up after the auction and shipped via Canada Post by Tuesday. Please contact us via email (wendy@clydeauctioneering.com) or call 780-348-5414 prior to the auction if you wish to arrange alternate shipping. Shipping & Handling Charges will be charged to your credit card, or, if payment is by e-transfer, you will be contacted with shipping amount. All packages shipped via Canada Post come with $100 insurance - if your purchases exceed this amount you MUST let us know immediately after the auction if you wish to have additional insurance coverage. Additional charges will then be applied accordingly.
Payment Details:
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITHIN 48 HOURS of the auction. We do accept e-transfer. Please contact our office by Monday morning (780-348-5414) if you wish to pay with e-transfer; otherwise, freight charges will be calculated, added to your purchase price and processed on the bidders' credit card by Tuesday morning. All successful bid items will be held until payment is received in full. If you wish to pick up your purchases, please notify our office by Monday morning to avoid freight charges being added to your invoice price. A 2% discount will be applied to the Buyer's Premium if paying by EFT

Terms: Visa, Mastercard or e-Transfer. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 17% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. GST will apply to applicable purchases. All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk.
Clyde Auctioneering does not grade coins. The grading depicted has been done by the consignor. We, the auction company, assume no responsibility for grading shown. Most bidders know more about coins & grading than we do, therefore, adjust your bids accordingly.
The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
Purchases become the sole responsibility of the Purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
