Your items are available for pickup on the Tuesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email jim@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:

Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will follow your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or costly to ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases...) will be shipped by UPS. We require a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the ICollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the ICollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend to personally view any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in catalog.
