US Naval Cutlass by Ames, dated 1862 in very good plus condition with original scabbard. The top of the hilt is stamped 7M368. The blade has been lightly cleaned and shows some minor erosion. The leather-wrapped grip isgood, guard is very good with just some minor dents. The scabbard is very good with some cracking, tight seam with all the rivets, and shows the original brass button hangar. Est: $500- $1,000
