U.S. flintlock musket by Nippes in “out-of-the-attic” condition, .69 cal., 44” barrel, brown patina, full wood stock. This gun is in overall untouched condition showing a heavy brown patina on metal surfaces with underlying old pitting confined primarily to the firing areas, dark bore, action not working, flared iron ramrod, three barrel bands with front sling swivel present and rear swivel long missing; wood stock is overall good with some scattered nicks and mars from carry and years of storage; proof and inspection marks on left side of barrel at breech are sharp.
