U.S. Springfield-marked Remington Model 1871 Rolling Block single shot U.S. Army rifle, .50 cal., 36” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, full length wood stock, two barrel bands, iron cleaning rod, sling swivels,#NVSN. This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing a dark patina on metal surfaces with scattered erosion and pin prick pitting; crisp action, very good to fine bore, overall good wood stocks withscattered old mars, dents and wear including an old small loss on the right side of the fore end in front of the forward barrel band; number “16” stamped in right butt stock. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
