U.S. Springfield Model 1922 M2 bolt action rifle, .22LR cal., 24-1/2” barrel, military finish, wood stock, green woven sling, Lyman adjustable receiver sight, checkered steel butt plate, #6858 in overall very good condition showing toned military finish to metal surfaces with some scattered light spots of erosion, good bore, crisp action and markings, S.A. barrel dated 3-37; stock is good with scattered old nicks, mars and scratches from carry and storage, “N T S 21” stamped into right side of butt stock, “M2” stamped into base of semi-pistol grip and small “3” painted on left side of butt stock.
