U.S. Springfield Model 1922 M2 bolt action rifle, .22 cal., 24” barrel marked “S.A.” with flaming bomb proof and dated 9-41, wood half stock with sling swivels and checkered steel butt plate, #11300. This gun is inoverall fine to excellent condition showing the majority of military finish remaining, fine bore, action and markings, bolt is marked “M2” and numbered D-28223-2; adjustable Lyman receiver sight with hoodedfront sight; stock is overall fine with no visible cartouches; with 1963 dated shipping document from the NRA (DD Form 1149-4).
