U.S. Springfield Model 1884 trapdoor rifle, .45-70 cal., 32-1/2” barrel, ramrod bayonet, military blue and case hardened finish, wood stock, leather sling, #529550 in overall very good condition showing a dark brown patina on metal surfaces, very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good wood with circle P proof, sharp SWP/1891 cartouche on left side of stock with “A 65” stamped on top comb of butt stock and “71” and “65” stamped on right side of butt stock; some minor scattered mars and scratches from carry and storage.
