U.S. Springfield Model 1877 Cadet trapdoor rifle, .45-70 cal., 29-1/2” barrel, wood stock, #82882. This gun is in overall very good condition showing a brown patina on metal surfaces, fair bore, crisp action,sharp markings, good wood stock with scattered mars and scratches including a nickel sized old ding on the right side of the fore stock behind the first barrel band, from carry and storage, rack #64 stamped ontop of butt stock, cleaning rod present.
