U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1911A1 National Match Semi-Automatic Pistol

Originally manufactured as a M1911A1 in 1943, the frame of this pistol was sent to Springfield Armory to serve as the base of a National Match pistol. The slide is post-WWII Colt production with a serrated Patridge blade front sight and a "U.S." marked Triangle/HEG micro-click adjustable rear sight, with the one-line Hartford address on the right side, "NM7791435" on the left, and "18" under the firing pin stop. The barrel is numbered to the gun, with ".45 AUTO/NM 7791414" on the chamber and a "7267718/N M" marked solid bushing. Atwood-inspected frame, with "SA", "T" and "N M" stamps on the right side, long alloy adjustable trigger, thin hammer, long grip safety, serrated mainspring housing, checkered front strap and checkered hardwood grips.

Excellent as arsenal upgraded, with 97% of the parkerized finish, showing some light handling marks and edge wear overall. Strong blue finish is present on the barrel, with some bright cycling marks. Grips are excellent, with a few dents. Mechanically excellent.
