This is a nice example of a Winchester Model 52D Target Rifle. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the standard Winchester trademark, model and caliber marking, the left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number and the Winchester oval proof is marked on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Spuriously marked over the serial number is "U.S.". The "WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK" is marked on the right side of the receiver ring. Redfield Olympic globe front sight, scope target block bases on the heavy barrel and a Redfield International Match receiver peep sight. Mounted with a one-piece pistol grip stock with full length hand stop channel, adjustable rubber recoil pad crudely installed and sling swivel.

Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains 98% current blue finish with some scattered minor spotting. The stock is very good with overall scattered minor dings, dents and scratches. The markings are clear and crisp. The action is excellent.
