U.S. M1 semi-auto carbine by Irwin-Pedersen, .30 cal., 18” Underwood barrel dated 11-42, military finish, flat bolt, flip-up two stage “BI-P” marked rear sight, early “I” oiler cutout wood stock, no magazine, olive green woven sling, #1765357 witholive green two section U.S.-marked magazine pouch (no magazines) over butt stock dated 1942 by Q.M.D. This gun is in overall very good + condition showing the majority of its military finish with the receiver appearing to have an oldgreen parkerized re-finish; fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings, some old spots of erosion on trigger guard, very good + early style wood stock with some scattered old mars and an old loss behind the trigger guard, “P” proof inside square on flat of semi pistol grip with an “IP” inside square on right side of butt stock near wrist with traces of crossed cannons cartouche next to it closer toward the pistol grip, also an upside down “S A A” inside a rectangle on the right side ofthe stock just above the trigger assembly ; “IP-RI” stamped inside sling well of butt stock on left side along with flaming bomb proof; “IP-PM” marked butt plate; “IP” marking on underside of wood hand guard; “IP” marking on right side of
