U.S. Historical Society Authorized “Buffalo Bill Centennial Presentation” copy of a Colt Model 1860 Army percussion revolver, .44 caliber, 8” barrel, blue finish, gold ornamentation, faux ivory grips, #1113 in like new condition showing littlehandling; accompanied with a presentation wood case, French lined with accessories including a gold plated Stand-of-Flags powder flask, a brass bullet mold, a combination nipple wrench/screwdriver, a cap tin with engravedstanding buffalo on the lid, lead balls and a key to the case; the top of the lid of the case has an inlaid leather panel with Cody’s image, a stagecoach and the image of the great Indian warrior Sitting Bull; also with this lot is aletter from the U.S. Historical Society, a Certificate of Authenticity numbered to this gun and other paperwork from the Society.
