Produced circa 1942-1945 as a "cheap" weapon to air drop en-masse in occupied territories and used by partisans and resistance members to make life interesting for the occupation troops. Though lacking in luxuries like rifling or effective sights, the Liberator could still deliver a real punch at close ranges. This is a two hole model, sheet metal construction with zinc cocking knob, hollow grip and sliding cover.

Condition: Excellent, with patches of brown spotting on the otherwise gray sheet metal, and a darker patina on the barrel. Some light handling marks are visible overall. Mechanically excellent.
