All heavy, bulky items MUST be picked up. Arrangements for pickup to made by the Monday following the auction. If not picked up within 7 days from the time of the auction (or alternate arrangements made with management), the items will be deemed abandoned and become the property of the auction company as payment for storage.

Shipping Details:
We utilize Canada Post whenever possible as our primary shipping method. If buyers are wanting special arrangements (pick-up) or different delivery options, please notify us by Monday noon following the auction. Clyde Auctioneering is not responsible for items purchased that, due to weight and size, incur considerable freight expense. Heavy Items MUST be Picked up. Freight charges will be added to the invoice by the Tuesday following the auction and charged to the purchasers credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made.
Items remaining in our possession with no pick-up or freight arrangements communicated will be subject to storage charges as storage space is at a premium. Items remaining more than 7 days will be deemed to be the property of Clyde Auctioneering and will be resold to recoup storage costs.

Terms: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Funds Transfer. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 15% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases (2% discount for e-transfer). GST will apply to applicable purchases.
All items are sold “As Is” with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All bids placed on items in our auction are non-retractable and binding, so please ensure you are satisfied with the condition and information provided about the item prior to placing a bid. The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever. You acknowledge item information is received from the consignors and you hereby agree not to hold Clyde Auctioneering and/or our employees responsible for any errors or omissions regarding item(s) being sold.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final. **If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid, your bid will be collected at the same time as the live floor bids. Please note that "LIVE" or "FLOOR" bids take priority over proxy bids. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will be awarded to the floor bidder. By default, all items purchased in the auction will be charged to the credit card provided.
