The top of the chamber is marked "MOD. 317K / shield / GUSTLOFF-WERKE / Waffenwerk Suhl", the top of the barrel at the breech end is marked "FLUSS - STAHL KRUPP-ESSEN" and the left rear is marked "KAL. 22 LONG RIFLE eagle/N proof" followed by the serial number. Blade front sight and tangent style rear sight graduated to 200 meters. Mounted with a one piece walnut pistol grip stock with a "BSW" marked checkered hard rubber buttplate, checkered wrist, forearm finger grooves and sling swivels.

Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains 99% original finish with some light spotting on the barrel. The stock is also excellent with a number of small minor scratches on the forearm area and a few minor dings. The markings are highlighted in white and remain crisp and clear. The action is fine.

B) Erma Sports Model Single Shot Bolt Action Rifle
Erma DSM34 training rifle with scarce elm stock. The top of the chamber is marked "ORIGINAL over the Erma logo over FABRIKAT", the right rear of the receiver is marked "Deutches Sportmodell". The left side of the receiver is marked with a crown over "B" and "U" proof followed by the serial number and the one line address below. The left rear of the barrel is marked "KAL 22 LANG FUR BUCHSEN". Ramped inverted "V" front sight, tangent style rear sight graduated to 200 meters and mounted with a full pistol grip stock with matching handguard and steel buttplate. All numbers match including the stock.

Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains 97% original blue finish with thinning on the trigger guard, muzzle and high edge wear. The stock is good with some rough areas on the right side of the wrist and left side of the pistol grip, a small area that has been sanded on the left side above the trigger guard and overall a few minor dings and scratches. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
