A) Fixed sights, with the 1894 date on the barrel, arsenal marking on the right side of the frame, and straw finished hammer and trigger. Checkered grips, with a lanyard swivel on the butt.

Grips: walnut

Condition: Excellent, with 98% of the blue finish, showing bright edge wear and a few scattered handling marks overall. Grips are also excellent, with light pressure dents. Straw colors are 70% intact. Mechanically excellent.

B) Raised dovetail and notch sights, with the model marking and 1880 production date on the barrel, arsenal mark on the right side of the frame, and matching numbers overall. Checkered grips, with a swiveling lanyard ring on the butt.

Condition: Fine, showing a smooth gray patina overall, with a small amount of spotting, light handling marks and a tiny amount of pitting. Grips are fair, with some light pressure dents. Straw colors remain 30% intact. Mechanically excellent.
